At Not Quite Time we do not source on the grey market, we are Authorised Dealers for all the brands we sell. This means that all our items come with official manufacturer warranty.

While terms of warranty of individual manufacturers may vary, we are here to assist you should you have any issue with your purchase.

If you find any defects with your watch, simply get in touch and we will advise on the best course of action.

In the overwhelming majority of cases we are able to quickly resolve any issue with a simple intervention, in the event that the watch needs to go back to factory, we can take charge of the procedure so that it is hassle free for you!

Additionally, while we work very hard to make sure that we get you your favourite timepiece, changes of hearts can happen! Not Quite Time offers a no questions asked return for 7 days after your purchase. 

For your return to be accepted the watch needs to be received unworn, unused, stickered and unregistered with its original packaging and box.

Please note that we are unable to offer returns on discounted watches or Special and limited editions that we have sourced specifically for you.
